PURPOSE: An analgesic composition comprising Brassica campestris L. as a main component and process for preparation thereof are provided, which have an effect of accelerating the treatment for arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis(degenerative joint disease), shoulder joint disease, neuralgia and chronic headache by applying to the affected parts. CONSTITUTION: Brassica campestris L. is absolutely dried for two days, aged at 20 to 25deg.C for about 5 to 7 days, mixing with ethanol(25 degree, spirit), fermented for about 7 to 10 days and extracted to produce the title analgesic composition. A disease such as arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis(degenerative joint disease), shoulder joint disease, neuralgia and chronic headache is treated within one to two weeks by applying the composition to the affected parts.
