PURPOSE: A functional film structure of a flat color brown tube is provided to reinforce an explosion proof function and to perform a reattaching work of a functional film when coating badness arises. CONSTITUTION: A functional film(10a) is capable of being formed by sequentially coating various layers(12,14,15,16) on a front surface of a panel(1). A film(16) for reinforcing explosion proof is coated on an entire surface of the panel(1), and a film(15) for adjusting a transmission factor is coated on the film(16) for reinforcing the explosion proof. A support layer(14) is attached on the film(15) for adjusting the transmission factor, and an anti-reflection anti-static(ARAS) layer(12) with a charge and radiation preventing function is coated on the support layer(14).
