摘要 PURPOSE: An incrementally prestressed girder designing method and a girder manufacturing method are provided to increase the load carrying capacity of the existing bridge and to regulate tensile force for supplementing the deflection and cracks of a bridge caused by excessive load or long-term clip. CONSTITUTION: An incrementally prepressed girder(21) comprises an upper flange(24), a lower flange(25), a web(26), and steel wires(22,23) installed in the direction of the length of the girder from the lower end of the web of a girder through the lower flange, wherein one(23) of the steel wires is symmetrically installed to both sides of the lower flange, the upper flange is equipped widthwise from the top of the web on the section of the girder and a floor slab of a bridge is installed on the upper part of the upper flange, and the lower flange is equipped widthwise from the lower part of the web on the section of the girder and the bottom is supported to a pier.
