PURPOSE: Provided is a toilet bowl cleaner of which functional layer and coloring layer are separated from each other so as to prevent the functional layer from affecting the coloring layer. CONSTITUTION: The toilet bowl cleaner(1) comprises: (i) a case(2); (ii) a colored layer(4) which is in the case(2); (iii) an internal case(3) which is located in the center part of the colored layer(4); and (iv) a functional layer(7) which is formed in the internal case(3) and comprises functional layers(5) and a control layer(6) wherein, each functional layer(5) is located in the control layer at regular intervals.
