Disk-shaped functional unit, is formed in a sandwich structure of at least three flat stamped sections (1). Each has at least two holes (4,5), engaged by the gear shift units, which have a kinetic working action with them. The holes in each layer are aligned over each other, and one of the center stamped sections has a rubber elastic plastics cladding (9) at the walls of the opening.
