The present invention relates to methods for isolating DNA encoding immunoglobulin V-regions, methods for determining the idiotype of B cell lymphomas, methods for the preparation of idiotypic Fab fragments, Fab fragments produced by such methods and vaccines containing such Fabs. The invention also concerns methods for the stimulation of T cells. The invention further concerns the uses of anchored PCR in those methods.
