PURPOSE: A lean burn control apparatus is provided to improve an acceleration force and an air/fuel ratio of a vehicle by detecting the transmission steps according to the states of the vehicle to be driven. CONSTITUTION: A lean burn control apparatus comprises a vehicle information detecting section(10), a control section(20), an injector(30), and a manifold throttle valve(40). The vehicle information detecting section(10) detects the state of the vehicle which can be varied depending on environment around the vehicle. The vehicle information detecting section(10) includes an engine RPM detecting section(11) which detects an RPM of the engine and outputs a predetermined electric signal corresponding to the RPM of the engine, a vehicle speed sensor(12) which detects a vehicle speed and outputs a predetermined electric signal corresponding to the vehicle speed, and a throttle position sensor(13) for detecting an opening degree of a throttle valve.
