PURPOSE: Provided is a toy top which includes an LED blinked for a certain time when hit by shock due to unevenness of surface in rotation or pause so that it can be widely used at a dark place or night. CONSTITUTION: The toy top comprises the parts of: a rotation axis(11) placed on the apex of a conic body(10) made for synthetic resin; a placement groove(12) which is formed on the upper side of the conic body; a radiation part(20) which is inserted into the placement groove and blinked by shock caused in rotation or pause; a cover(30) which is combined to an upper part of the body not to release the radiation part from the placement groove and forms a projection part(31) at the edge of a string; and a circular combination ring(40) which combines the body and the cover.
