The invention relates to the use of at least one galactomannan with a ratio of the constituents mannose/galactose (M/G) which is at most equal to approximately 5, with a mole weight of between 2,000 and 2,10<6> g/mole, as an emulsifying agent of a dispersion. The invention also relates to the use of agents of this type in compositions for use in the areas of cosmetics, food, agrochemistry, industrial formulations, detergency, pharmaceuticals, construction materials, bore fluids and radical polymerisation. |
