PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple sealing structure keeping a sealing member from degradation and preventing the interval leakage of internal pressure. SOLUTION: A cover 21 is butted and attached to a housing 30 and an internal space 25 is formed therebetween. A storage recess 48 open to the internal space 25 is formed in the butting part 49 and an O-ring 26 is stored in the storage recess 28. A retreat recess 40 is formed to extend from the outside of the storage recess 28 and an external space 39 extends from the outside of the retreat recess 40. When stored in the storage recess 28, the O-ring 26 closely isolates the internal space 25 from the external space 36, and when withdrawn in the retreat recess 40, it communicates the internal space 25 with the external space 39 to cause high-pressure fluid in the internal space 25 to be discharged into the external space 39.
