PURPOSE: A thin film transistor substrate is provided to increase a recovery region by reducing a resistance of a repair line of a thin film transistor substrate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of signal lines are perpendicular to a plurality of scanning lines. A thin film transistor is formed on an intersection portion between the scanning lines and the signal lines. A display region is formed with the scanning lines, the signal lines, the thin film transistor, and a pixel electrode. A common voltage line(120) is formed on an edge portion of an outside of the display region. A pad region has a scanning line pad formed on one end portion of the scanning line and a signal line pad(100) formed on one end portion of the signal line. A repair line(110) is formed around an outline of the display region. The repair line(110) is contacted with the signal line. |
