<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a schedule planning system for adjusting an optimal schedule while capturing the change of a production environment changing according to time. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a knowledge base 13, corresponding to state change having a first knowledge group for storing information for checking the trend of the change of plural situation variables inputted from a situation data base, a second knowledge group for storing the trend of the change of the plural situation variables and the situation of a production environment corresponding to the trend, and a third knowledge group for storing the situation of the production environment and the rule of a schedule planning knowledge base for facilitating countermeasures to the situation of the production environment by making them correspond to each other, and a sub-system 16 corresponding to a situation change constituted of a part 16A for checking the trend of the change of the plural situation variables inputted from the situation data base by using the first knowledge group, a part 16B for checking the situation of the production environment by using the second knowledge group from the trend of the change of the plural situation variables checked by using the first knowledge group, and a part 16C for checking the rule for facilitating countermeasures to the situation of the production environment by using the third knowledge group.</p> |
