PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat air conditioner, capable of improving remarkably an air-conditioning effect around seats, by a method wherein a warm/cold air outlet port is provided in a floor part to simplify the structure and both of warm-air and cold-air are permitted to surround a man seated on the seat while the warm-air is especially permitted to be supplied sufficiently around the feet of an audience. SOLUTION: A seat air conditioner is constituted so as to condition the air around respective seats 12 arranged in a plurality of rows in fore-and-rear direction and the outlet ports of warm-air and cold air are provided in a floor part 14 between a fore seat F and a rear seat R while the warm-air outlet port is faced to the seat plate 12a of the fore seat F to form a warm-air flow sphere P, wherein the outlet warm-air flows between the seat plate 12a of the fore seat F and the floor part 14, then, the warm-air is ascended from the fore side of the seat plate 12a, and, on the other hand, the cold air outlet port is faced to the back plate 12b of the fore seat F to form a cold air flow sphere Q wherein the outlet cold air is ascended along the back plate 12b and is descended toward the seat plate 12a of the rear seat R.
