PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the property of maintenance and inspection of an intermediate mounting type fire-resistive damper device. SOLUTION: A fire-resistive damper device is constituted of a pivotal damper, incorporated into an air duct 2, connected to the half-way of a duct 1 for supplying or discharging air under communicated condition, to open the air duct 2 'usually through a temperature fuse 10, fused by heat, while closing the air duct 2 by the fusing of the temperature fuse 10. In such a fire-resistive damper, two damper plates 8 for the pivotal damper are attached to a supporting shaft 7, crossing the air duct 2, through screws under a condition that the damper plate is energized into the closing direction through a spring 9 to retain the damper plates 8 by the temperature fuse 10 under the opened condition of superposed two damper plates 8 while an inspection port 12, equipped with an openable lid 11, is provided on the outer peripheral part of the air duct 2, which is opposed to.the mating part of the damper plates 8 under the opened condition of the air duct 2.
