PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high frequency amplifier on which an electronic component for impedance conversion which is small and can obtain an impedance matching characteristic of which extension due to a frequency is small when mounted on the high frequency amplifier or such an electronic component for impedance conversion is mounted. SOLUTION: An exponential taper (E taper) line etc., is divided into a plurality of line parts 51 to 53, and they are laminated in turn and are also electrically connected by through holes 54 so as to be an E taper line etc. One end of the E taper line etc., is electrically connected to one end electrode 61 of the electronic component for impedance conversion, and the other end of the E taper line etc., is electrically connected to the other electrode 62 of the electronic component, respectively. Ground electrodes 55 and 56 are inserted between the parts 51 and 52, and 52 and 53. The ground electrodes 55 and 56 are electrically connected to an electrode 63 on the lower face of the electronic component by a through hole 57.
