摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the dimension of current by using various devices so as to measure the dimension of the current even when the dimension of the current of an electric circuit has a very large value or even when the current flows in a high voltage circuit. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic field formed by current flowing in a primary circuit 1 is converted into an elastic wave transmitted over a transmission structure 3 to be transmitted to a receiver 4. The receiver 4 is converted into an electric signal once more. Optionally, an electronic unit 5 amplifies and processes the signal in a final stage. The dimension of the signal is associated with the current of the primary circuit. The current measuring transformer is constituted of a kind of various kinds of transformers depending on a magnetic field-of-elastic wave/magnetic force converter 2 (a permanent magnet, a ferromagnetic core, a coil and a magnetostrictive material) and transmission force (tension/compression, rotation and expansion and contraction).</p>
