PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet holder which does not require any sticking work and can be removed surely when a finger is put on a magnet holding member. SOLUTION: A magnet holder 10 is provided with a cylindrical or prism-like magnet 11 and a magnet holding member 12 which holds the magnet 11 and can holds the magnet 11 through a sheet-like object to be held. The member 12 has a rectangular bottom piece 13 with which the whole one surface of the magnet 11 can be brought into contact and a pair of side pieces 14 and 15 which are connected to both facing ends of the piece 13 and have heights H which are almost equal to the height (h) of the magnet 11. Both end portions of the front end sections 16 and 17 of the side pieces 14 and 15 are bent toward the outer peripheral surface 18 of the magnet 11.
