PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic body roll that is provided with a good function concerning an electric characteristic and also provided with a superior characteristic in processability and moldability and an electrophotographic device using it. SOLUTION: Relating to the elastic body roll consisting of a shaft 1 and an elastic body layer 2 provided on the outer periphery of the shaft 1, the outside diameter of the shat 1 is gradually increased from both end parts of the elastic body roll toward a central part. |
