PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil yoke for motors for reducing cogging, while suppressing man-hours and cost for manufacturing and a motor to provide a rotting device. SOLUTION: This coil yoke for motors is provided with a plurality of winding parts 42 where a plurality of thin-plate-shaped pieces in a specific shape are laminated and a coil is wound, and a gear tooth 43 where a plurality of thin- plate shaped small pieces in a specific shape are laminated, the magnetic path of magnetic force by a coil 43 as well as the winding parts 42 is formed, and a rotating magnetic field formed. Also, the gear tooth 43 is provided with a first projecting part 43b that projects in the rotary direction of the rotating magnetic field and a projecting part 43c, that projects in a direction opposite to that of the rotation and is connected to the winding parts 42, that are separately formed from the winding parts 42.
