PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent static electricity from transferring to signal line connecting part with metal part exposed like the connector of 10 base-2, to enable eliminating outer disturbance noise intruding from inside and outside of module into signal line and signal line connecting part, and further to fix and integrate cut-in-two separation cover without fitting the two parts together and yet enabling easy removal. SOLUTION: The cover device is provided with separation covers 2 cut in two which can cover the whole signal line connecting part (branched connector 4, and connector part 6 of coaxial cable) and also are fitted with minimum distance L needed to shield static electricity from the connecting part, and connecting/fitting parts and materials 3 incorporating ferrite core 11 which integrates the covers 2 by connecting/fitting them with end part 2d of the covers 2 and at same time has an electromagnetic wave shield function when the separation covers 2 are put over the line signal connecting part.
