PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit an operation entry for approval and the permission of window ending processing with a single operation entry. SOLUTION: This medical examination support system has an input means for approving a desired medical examination information unit while storing approver information corresponding to each of medical examination information units for every patient and every consultation data/time and correspondently storing approval presence/absence information, a means for setting (S07) the medical examination information unit to the presence of approval when an input person has the approval authority of the relevant medical examination information unit under selection at present (YES in S05) corresponding to approval entry (YES in S03), and means (S11) for outputting information for permitting the execution of window ending processing of the relevant medical examination information unit when it is set to the presence of approval.
