PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which is simple and is easily designed, for NOx reduction required in environmental issues in a burner used for the combustor or the like of a boiler. SOLUTION: Gas nozzles for fuel are provided spirally in radial direction along a rear plate for flame stabilization, and an air nozzle and a pilot nozzle are arranged in the rear plate.
