PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for preventing the expansion of an accident, which spreads with the damage of an element constituting the inverter circuit of a current-type high frequency inverter device. SOLUTION: The input current of a converter circuit 2 and the output current of an inverter circuit 4 are detected and monitored. When a deviation exceeds a prescribed range, the operation of the high frequency inverter device is made to stop. |
