PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet FAX by which a receiver side device can display the name of a user transmitting FAX data on its received mail list menu as a sender name when one set of the Internet FAX is used in common by a plurality of users and the Internet FAX transmits FAX data to the receiver side device. SOLUTION: The Internet FAX is provided with an entry means by which a user can enter its own name or select its name among names registered in advance so that a sender name can be changed for every transmission document and a means that writes the name of the sender decided by the entry means to a mail header as the sender name.
