PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output device that can easily and accurately correct offsets of connected edges of pictures that are separately read by a plurality of number of times. SOLUTION: An image processing section 4 corrects offsets of connected edges of pictures that are separately read by a plurality of number of times by detecting to which order from a tip of a dot string a first black dot corresponds by counting the tip of a dot string of connection edges of each of image data and calculating a correction value of the offsets of the image on the basis of the difference of the detected value among the images. Then the image connection edges can be corrected with simple control. Moreover, since the correction is made also for a longitudinal direction of the original, duplicate data in the connection edges of the image data can easily be eliminated. |
