PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a translucent semi-reflective diffusible film used in a translucent semi-reflective liquid crystal display device and free from defects due to a coating film such as coating spots while controlling the reflectance and transmittance in a well-balanced state. SOLUTION: A translucent semi-reflective inorganic thin film layer having 3-50% transmittance and 50-97% reflectance is formed by a dry film forming method on a substrate comprising a plastic film provided with light scattering property to obtain the objective translucent semi-reflective diffusible film. |
