PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic core which can be improved in magnetic characteristic and, at the same time, can be manufactured with an improved yield with improved productive efficiency. SOLUTION: A magnetic core is manufactured in such a way that, after a magnetic material is wound or laminated and the wound or laminated material is impregnated with resins containing a silicon-containing resin and the resins are cured or the wound or laminated material impregnated with the cured resins is partially cut and worked, the wound or laminated material impregnated with the cured resins or the cut part is heat-treated.
