The surgical instrument to spread tissue and bones, for access to the site of the surgery, has a holder (2) to carry the clamps. The holder (2) has a hollow rod structure to take a blade bolt (1). The holder (2) has openings (4), and the bolt (1) has recesses aligned with the openings (4) so that, when released, the openings (4) are free and they are partially covered in the locked position. The shafts of the clamps are inserted into the openings (4), with a groove in the shaft to be engaged by the sliding bolt (1) and lock it in place. The sliding movement of the bolt (1) secures and releases all the clamps mounted to the holder (2), and allows repositioning.
