The water mattress has a mattress body (5) containing a layer impermeable to water and a water core above it and at least one sound source (11,21,31,41) beneath the impermeable layer (4). The impermeable layer lays on top of a vibration membrane (6,26) and the sound source has a magnet core (13) enclosed by a magnet coil (14) and connected to the vibration membrane. The sound source is mounted in the mattress body. Independent claims are also included for the following: a waterbed.
