PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve switching between a 100-V commercial AC power supply and a 200-V commercial AC power supply at low cost through a simple operation. SOLUTION: A main part 30 including an isolation transformer 31 and AC/DC converters 32, 33 is fixed in place, and a terminal block 41 for connecting the primary tap of the isolation transformer 31 and an overcurrent interrupting circuit 42 or the like are contained in a replaceable subsidiary part 40. A terminal block 51 for connecting the secondary tap of the transformer 31 and a line filter 52 or the like are contained in a subsidiary part 50, and connections at the terminal blocks 41, 51, the overcurrent interrupting circuit 42, and the line filter 52 correspond to 100 V or 200 V. Replacing and mounting the subsidiary parts 40, 50 allows electrical connections to be also made by connectors 61-63.
