PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging medium, an imaging method, an imaging device, a printer and a positioning method which can realize easily carriage and positioning in imaging. SOLUTION: In an imaging medium wherein a change in imaging characteristics corresponding to imaging data is brought about for imaging by casting of an energy beam, either the imaging surface of the imaging medium or the opposite surface thereof, at least, is coated on the occasion when the imaging medium is placed in a stack. A positioning method wherein the imaging medium is positioned in a state of being released from restraint, an imaging method, an imaging device and a printer are also provided. |
