PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a metal-clad laminated sheet efficiently without generating gloss color difference and uneven fifference in level on the surface of a metal foil. SOLUTION: A metal foil and a prepreg prepared by impregnating a fiber base material with resin varnish are superposed one upon another to be held between two stainless steel plates and heated under pressure to be integrally laminated. In this case, metal foils of which the hardness is lower than that of the metal foil are held between the metal foil and the stainless steel plates and all of the metal foils, the prepreg and the stainless steel plates are integrally laminated to produce a metal-clad laminated sheet.
