PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a horn switch device provided at an air bag device, and simplify the constitution to reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: With an air bag device 4, the side wall part 26b of a cover body 26 is supported on the outer periphery of the peripheral wall part 24b of a base plate 24 so that it can advance and retract. A hook part 24h projected from the peripheral wall part 24b is engaged with an engagingly receiving part 26h of the side wall part 26b to regulate the moving range of the cover body 26. A bracket 35 is positioned at each spoke part 7 to be installed to the undersurface of a covering part 26 of the cover body 26, and a moving contact 36e is provided at the bracket 35. A fixed contact supporting part 31 is provided to be projected from the outer peripheral surface of the side wall part 24b of the base plate 24, and a fixed contact 31d facing the moving contact 36e is provided. A coil spring 38 is provided between the bracket 35 and a fixed contact supporting part 31.
