PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror unit by which a user can see the image of his or her face and figure without necessarily standing in front of the mirror body. SOLUTION: The mirror cabinet is in the form of a box as a whole, a mirror body 2 is mounted in front of a door 3 and a mirror body 6 is also mounted on a front vertical wall in a housing part 5. When the mirror cabinet 1 is placed on a washbowl counter 10, even if a user M is in a position facing an operation part 13, he or she can see his or her face and figure by sliding the door 3 toward its side. Since the user of the washbowl 12 can see his or her own image by the mirror mounted on the housing part 5, two persons can use the washbowl counter 10 at the same time. When there is a window or the like on a wall on the side of the mirror cabinet, a large mirror can be provided by the mirror 2 of the door 3 and the mirror 6 of the housing part 5 by moving the door 3 when necessary and the door 3 is placed back to its initial position when the mirror is not used. In this way, daylighting through a window is not prevented.
