PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy execution method of a perpendicular wall surface and a layered embankment. SOLUTION: Rigid and long shafts having openings on both side surfaces are erected with spaces therebetween, a slidable fixing plate is installed on a semi-cylindrical body between the semi-cylindrical side surfaces facing each other, and a surface wall material having an edge member to be housed over both edges is mounted on a rigid bar penetrating the fixing plate.
