PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for resin bonded magnet imparting a magnet excellent in magnetic property and mechanical strength. SOLUTION: This resin composition for resin bonded magnet comprises a magnet powder, rosin or a rosin compound and a polyamide resin having a terminal amino group modified with a hydrocarbon having a carboxyl group. The preferable hydrocarbon group having carboxylic group is a 10-30C fatty acid. The preferable number average molecular weight of the polyamide resin having modified terminal amino group is 5,000-13,000, and for example, 12-nylon and 11-nylon are preferred. The preferable amount of the rosin or rosin compound is 0.1-10 wt.% based on the composition. |
