<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for designing a control system in the controller of a molding machine having readiness, robustness, and stability superior to those of a control method and controller by a nonlinear H∞control theory. SOLUTION: In a method, modeling is performed according to molding conditions, the modeling error to be controlled and the disturbance of a control system are measured by system fixing, it is judged whether thermal interference exists or not in the control system, if the thermal interference exists, state feedback is introduced, parts thermally interfering with each other are made non-interfering, the parts are divided into dependent sub-systems, it is judged whether uncertainty exists in the control system or not, when uncertainty exists, it is calculated, and robust stability is compensated by using aμ-design external turbulence observer.</p> |
