PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shoes made by stitch-down method excellent in waterproofness. SOLUTION: An air permeable film 14b is liquid-tightly connected, by thermowelding, to an inner lining material 14 provided on the rear side of an upper leather material 13 of a shoe, thereby forming the material 14 into a bag body. The lining material 14 is then bonded onto a companion part 11, the film 14b being located at the bottom of the material 14 to ensure watertightness.
