PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle boiling device capable of effectively using the thermal energy of drained hot water. SOLUTION: This device has a heat exchanging part 30 for heat-exchanging hot water via recovering part 13 of overflowing hot water overflowing from a hot water tub 11 and water supplied to a hot water feeding part 12 from a water feeding part 18. Thus, the thermal energy of the overflowing hot water, which is drained conventionally, can effectively be used to prevent a water temperature in the tub 11 from being lowered rapidly by supply of hot water. Then, a time until boiling from the supply of hot water can be reduced and energy consumption for boiling noodles is reduced compared with that of a conventional device. |
