HUMAN IMMUNOGLOBULIN VH GENE AND DNA FRAGMENT CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA fragment including a plurality of human immunoglobulin VH genes, a new human immunoglobulin VH gene, a vector including the DNA fragment or the genes and the transformed cells including the vector. SOLUTION: Novel human immunoglobulin VH genes and the DNA fragments including the same are disclosed. The DNA fragment according to this invention is depicted in the figure 1 with about 800 kbp. The human immunoglobulin VH genes are included in the fragment of 800 kbp and 50 kinds of DNA sequences are novel. The base sequences of these immunoglobulin genes are given in the sequence tables. In addition, this invention provides the DNA fragments including two or more of these VH genes.
