PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by a device drive-controlling a shaft after positioning the shaft. SOLUTION: For a ball screw (shaft) B, mechanical positioning of a reference position is performed by detecting a sensor dog D secured to a table T moving accompanied by rotation of the screw B by a sensor S, and positioning of a searching position (origin position) of Z-pulse of an encoder E outputted under a specified condition based on the reference position is performed. After these positioning processes, a part of or the whole processes included in the positioning processes of the ball screw B are performed at the time of turning off a power source after finishing operation when performing positioning of the shaft for the device drive-controlling the ball screw B by the servomotor M.
