PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper fixing implement capable of snugly fixing so as not to allow an underlay to deviate, a Hanshi (standard-sized Japanese paper) or the like for a calligraphy. SOLUTION: A magnet sheet 1, a magnet sheet 2 and a magnet sheet 3 each having an extent for holding paper or the like are superposed, and clothes 5 or the like are provided on a backbone 4, an upper surface 6 and a lower surface 7. To provide an openably and closably fixing implement, the backbone 4 of the superposed sheets 1, 2 and 3 is fixed. The clothes 5 are adhered to the upper surface 6 and the lower surface 7 to cover the backbone 4. With such a structure, when this is used, the sheets 1, 2 are opened, a hanshi is interposed between the sheets 1 and 2, and the sheets 1, 2 are closed.
