PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work positioning device capable of improving a positioning accuracy for a work. SOLUTION: When a conveying jig 1 is slightly bent by a descent of a positioning presser bar 3, a sucking cylinder 12 of a vacuum sucking unit 11 placed under the conveying jig 1 is fitted into a small opening hole 1a to suck and secure the work 4. The work 4 is positioned between the sucking cylinder 12 and the positioning presser bar 3. Since multiple sucking cylinders 12 are provided, multiple works 4 can be simultaneously positioned.
