The fixing element includes a shaft (7) possessing a head (5) with a middle web (10) connecting to the holding part (1) of the fixing element. The web is the same width as the hole (4). At both edges, an arm is formed at a right angle, so that as the shaft is turned, it is bent in elastically by the edge of the hole towards the middle web and straightens out after a quarter turn to prevent the element turning in the reverse direction.
