PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely reduce a propulsive force even in the curved line pipe jacking method or the pipe-jacking method in a soil condition having much underground water. SOLUTION: Bentonite which is swollen 10-40 times as large as original bentonite and slime component are mixed together in such a manner that the slime component is 0.5-5 to 100 of bentonite in volume ratio.
