PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle keyless entry device minimized in consumption of battery of a remote unit and having a high security property. SOLUTION: A remote unit 1 is provided with a first coil antenna 4, a transmitter 8, a first control circuit 6 for transmitting a prescribed signal to the transmitter 8 on the basis of the current from the first coil antenna 4, and a battery 7. A vehicle-side unit 9 is provided with a second coil antenna 10, a feeding circuit 11 for supplying a power to the second coil antenna 10 to transmit a remote unit starting electromagnetic wave, a receiver 12, a second control circuit 13 for controlling the feeding circuit 11 to supply the power to the second coil antenna 10, transmitting the remote, unit starting electromagnetic wave capable of electromagnetically inductive coupling with the first coil antenna 4 when the first coil antenna 4 is within a fixed distance to the second coil antenna 10, and also locking and unlocking the door of a vehicle on the basis of a prescribed signal from the receiver 12. |
