PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide working shoes which are less prone to come off during working and have improved safety in the working shoes that are easy to put on the take off with a good appearance. SOLUTION: A working shoe 1 fastening a split part comprising a left piece 6 and a right piece 7 that are formed at the front at the front part of a quarter part 4 to a foot with a lace 10 passed through a plurality of fastening parts 9 has an opening/closing piece 14 provided to at least one of the left piece 6 and the right piece 7 and an attaching/detaching member 13 that is free to open and close the opening/closing piece 14 to the split part, and it has such constitution that at least one fastening part 9 is formed at the opening/closing piece 14 and the split part in the side that is provided with the opening/closing piece 14, respectively.
