PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a compound having excellent antagonistic actions on adenosine A3 receptors, inhibitory actions on p38MAP kinases and TNF-α- inhibitory actions. SOLUTION: This compound is represented by the formula [R1 denotes hydrogen, a hydrocarbon, a heterocyclic ring, amino or an acyl; R2 denotes an aromatic group; R3 denotes hydrogen, pyridyl or an aromatic hydrocarbon; X denotes oxygen or sulfur which may be oxidized; Y denotes a direct bond, oxygen, sulfur which may be oxidized or a group represented by the formula NR4 (R4 denotes hydrogen, a hydrocarbon or an acyl); and Z denotes a direct bond or a bivalent chain hydrocarbon] or its salt.
