<p>The conveyor is particularly intended for moving animal feedstuff through a tubular duct to feeding troughs. It comprises a flexible cable carrying a number of spaced scraper elements (3) which are pulled through the duct by the cable. At least the outer annular portion (4) of each element is in resilient material. Each element may have a hub portion (5) fixed to the cable and a flange (6) carrying a resilient disc (4). Both components may consist of plastic. The two parts (5,4) may, alternatively, be in one piece.</p> |
