PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-staining sheet having a photocatalyst surface layer and capable of holding anti-staining properties in the outdoors over a long period of time. SOLUTION: A surface layer containing a photocatalyst (e.g.; titanium dioxide) is formed on a base material layer having at least one thermoplastic resin composition layer and, if necessary, fiber base cloth, if necessary, through a photocatalyst bonding/protecting layer and an oxidation inhibitor is added to the thermoplastic resin composition layer and, if necessary, the photocatalyst bonding/protecting layer in an amount of 0.01-5.0 wt.% and, if necessary, the thermoplastic resin composition layer is colored by inorganic pigment to obtain an anti-staining sheet.
